Procedure to use your own domain name with your illuxiLMS portal
If you would like to use your own domain name for your illuxiLMS portal, please follow the steps below.
Your domain name is mycompany.com and you would like to use training.mycompany.com as the address for your portal.
Please send an email to client@illuxi.com and let us know the domain name you wish to use, for example:
training.mycompany.com
Once we receive your request, our team will provide you with the details needed to configure your DNS zone.
You will need to create two DNS records, similar to this example:
Once the DNS records have been created, simply let us know so we can complete the portal configuration on our side.
Our team will validate the configuration and confirm once everything is fully operational.
Example:
Your domain name is mycompany.com and you would like to use training.mycompany.com as the address for your portal.
1. Send Us Your Request
Please send an email to client@illuxi.com and let us know the domain name you wish to use, for example:
training.mycompany.com
2. Create the Required DNS Records
Once we receive your request, our team will provide you with the details needed to configure your DNS zone.
You will need to create two DNS records, similar to this example:
_f77d532562dc888bebf4f89f8554b33f.training.mycompany.com. 3600 IN CNAME _e81aa23749c06b25654af9dbe90cc2b9.xlfgrmvvlj.acm-validations.aws.
training.mycompany.com. 3600 IN CNAME lms.illuxi.com.3. Confirm the Changes
Once the DNS records have been created, simply let us know so we can complete the portal configuration on our side.
4. Final Validation
Our team will validate the configuration and confirm once everything is fully operational.
