How to know who was present during a training session?
In a synchronous capsule, you can track who was present or absent during the training session.
Find the product and click View Item in the Actions column.
In the Capsules section, locate the capsule for which you want to check attendance and click View Item in the Actions column.
The Attendance section will display the information you need.
In this section, the Attendance column displays a button with three different states:
Indicates that the user has never accessed the capsule.
Indicates that the user has accessed the capsule at least once.
Indicates that the user clicked the Join button to participate in the training, confirming their presence in the synchronous session.
First, go to the capsule details:
Find the product and click View Item in the Actions column.
In the Capsules section, locate the capsule for which you want to check attendance and click View Item in the Actions column.
