The My Activities section of your illuxiLMS account is your personal learning dashboard. It shows all courses and sessions you are currently enrolled in or have access to. Here’s how to use it effectively:
Access My Activities: Click on your name at the top right of the portal, and select My Activities from the dropdown menu.This will open your personal dashboard.
View Enrolled Trainings: Under My Activities, you’ll see a list of all active or in-progress trainings available in your account. This includes both asynchronous courses and any upcoming synchronous sessions.
Search or Filter Activities: If you have many activities, use the search bar or filters on this page to find a specific one. You can search by activity name or filter by status (e.g., in-progress, not started).
Start or Resume a Course: Click on the activity (course) you want to begin or continue. This will open the course player interface. If it’s a video or module, click the Play button to start the content.
Complete Modules (“Capsules”): Many courses have multiple modules (sometimes called capsules). After you finish a module (for example, watch a video to the end), it should automatically mark as completed and move you to the next module. If it doesn’t auto-advance or mark complete, look for a Mark as completed button and click it to manually mark the module done.
Navigate Between Modules: You can navigate between different modules or lessons using the course outline (often displayed in a sidebar or menu on the right side). This allows you to revisit earlier content or jump ahead if permitted (note: some courses enforce sequential progress).
Track Progress: The platform will track your progress. Completed modules may be indicated with a checkmark or change in status. You can exit and later resume where you left off.
Interactive Elements: If the course includes quizzes, assignments, or surveys, complete those as prompted. Submit any required answers and move to the next unit.
Live Session Activities: For any live sessions you have in My Activities, follow the joining procedure outlined above. After attending a live session, it may also show up as completed or allow you to provide feedback.
The My Activities dashboard is your central hub during your learning. It helps you keep track of what you need to do next. You can start new activities, resume in-progress ones, or join scheduled sessions from here. Always ensure you are logged in to see the latest status of your trainings.
