To access your activities, you must be logged in.
* Click on My Activities
* To start an activity, click on the activity of your choice, or use the filters and the search bar to find the activity of your choice.
* Once you select a training, click on the video's "Play" button if it is a video. When you have completed a training capsule, it will automatically mark itself as completed and take you to the next capsule, in the container on the right.
